Mock Courtroom
In January 2008 Yarian & Patatanyan LLP opened the doors to the new state-of-the art, highly anticipated courtroom, located in Glendale, CA. This newly constructed mock courtroom incorporates the most sophisticated computer and media technologies available for modern courts today. The Yarian & Patatanyan courtroom is the only one of its kind in the area and helps keep us one step ahead of other firms in providing superior legal representation. The courtroom and the adjoining observation/conference room are designed for our litigators and clients to prepare for their courtroom experience.
All of the elements are here from the judge's bench and witness stand to the jury box and counsel tables. Its wireless technology includes computers and monitors, DVDs, cameras, Internet access, audio speakers and microphones, plasma screens and video cameras. Specialized lighting was also installed to optimize camera and playback work.
There are many elements that go into a successful trial. The most important is preparation. The Yarian & Patatanyan courtroom gives our Attorneys a realistic environment to measure the strength and weaknesses of both plaintiff and defense, and then alter and perfect trial strategy according to the feedback from the mock jurors'. Clients can present their case before jurors who are recruited from the same demographics and geographical area in which their cases are going to trial.
Training in an actual courtroom setting is invaluable. It allows for our attorneys and clients to gain experience in a realistic, highly technical forum that mirrors what they will face when they enter a courtroom.
